Parents and Babies

These fun, interactive and informative classes are a great way to bond with your little one while introducing them to the water.

We use songs, games and water toys to engage in a safe and enjoyable way. Our classes are held in our warm water pool, which is always 34 degrees, and so comfortable for babies and parents alike.

We have four levels, followed by our Wetlanders transition class to help your child move into our Swim ARCademy Learn to Swim program.

Flexibility

There is no pre assessment for our Parents and Babies classes, just contact us and enrol anytime! We don't operate under a term structure, so you can enrol today and start tomorrow. That means too, that if for any reason you want to move on, you don't need to wait until the end of term, you just need to provide us with 28 days notice. We also run throughout the year, except for Christmas and Easter, which means you can still enjoy your class during most school holidays.

You can also both come and use the learn to swim, waterplay, 25m or 50m pool at Cockburn ARC together at any other time during the week.

Waterbabies warm water recreation times

Plus, we also include 3 x 1 hour long sessions a week for parents and babies (3 and under only) to come and use the warm water pool outside of class times. Beginning October 16, they will be run at:

Monday - 10:30 to 11:30am
Wednesday - 2 to 3pm
Friday -  10:30 to 11:30am

Class Times

We have multiple class times for all levels every morning of the week, and some twilight classes too.
