Our strength space is where we lift heavy things (and put them back). We've got everything you need to build some serious and not so serious muscle. We got plenty of bench presses, squat racks and all the glute gainz machines you could ask for!
We also have the Biocircuit - an AI-powered strength training circuit that gives you a personalised full-body workout in just 22 minutes. No setup needed, simply scan your band at the kiosk and the machines do the rest.

Our cardio space features over 60 pieces of state-of-the-art equipment. We've got everything you need from treadmills, stair climbers and the latest craze - Skill Mills - to get your heart pumping and your blood flowing!
Our machines are smart 🤓
All our cardio machines are equipped with
Technogym Live technology - a digital interface that guides and motivates you to reach your goals with a personalised training experience. You can access a variety of content, your favourite apps and training stats all in one place.
You can also sync your smartwatch with our machines to track your heart rate in real-time and automatically log your results. They connect to your running apps like Strava to recreate your most-loved outdoor routes, adjusting speed, incline, and intensity - the perfect tool if you're prepping for events like the HBF Fun Run or City to Surf.

The functional space or ‘free space’ is basically a fitness playground for grown-ups. It’s packed with all the functional training bits and bobs you know and love. This is where you’ll get hands-on with equipment like kettlebells, battle ropes, medicine balls and more, using real-life movement patterns to build strength, balance, coordination and flexibility.
