We are a full service gym, with staff on the floor from open to close.  You will also have access to the MyWellness app, to keep in touch with your own program or your trainer.

We will be with you all the way, from day one.

  • Ongoing assessments using Tanita Biometric test. We offer this full break down of your body composition. Initial programing plus regular upgrades are part of the our long term commitment in helping you reach and exceed your health and fitness goals.
