You require a free account if you wish to come casually to the gym, book into a casual session or book your child into creche or a program.

1. Go to the  Member Portal 
2. Click 'Create your Account'
3. Click "Free Account/Visit Passes and select 'Next'
4. Fill in your details and click 'Create Account'
5. You should see "Create Free Account", leave it with memberships at the top of the page and select 'Next'
6. Provide your details.

If you have previously been enrolled in a program but haven't used the portal before, you will already be in our system but won't have a log in yet.

1. Go to your Member Portal and log in
2. Click 'Forgot password'
3. Enter the email address you used originally to enrol your child
4. You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password

You should now have access to your online account.

If you can't remember the email you last used, please call us on 9411 3344.

To purchase an activity for your child, you need to add them to your account. 

1. Go to your Member Portal and log in 
2. Click on 'Your Children' in the Menu 
3. Select 'Add Child' at the bottom of the page 
4. Select 'Free Account/Visit Passes' 
5. Keep it on 'Memberships' and select 'Next' 
6. Complete all required fields and click 'Create Account' 

You will need to do this for each individual child in your family.

You'll need to be an ARC member to book through the app.

1. Download the Technogym App and log in. 
2. Select ARC. 
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select 'Book into Creche'. 
4. Choose your required date(s), complete the booking, and make payment. 

1. Go to you Member Portal and find ‘Book’ 
2. Go to ‘Single Sessions + Creche + Kids Get Active’ 
3. Ensure ‘Facility Type’ is ‘Children Programs | Carnaby’s Creche’ 
4. Using the arrows, scroll to find your selected day  
5. Select ‘Book Now’  
6. Ensure the name of the child you are booking in is selected 
7. Select the drop down arrow under ‘Start Time’ to select your chosen session start time.  
8. Select ‘Next’ 
9. Select ‘Pay Now’  

Want to book multiple sessions at one time?  

1. Select ‘Add to cart’ 
2. Repeat steps 1 to 8 and select ‘Add o cart’ 
3. Select your shopping cart at the top right corner of your page 
4. Then select ‘Pay Now’
