Our experienced crèche staff provide a safe and caring environment, offering activities and learning experiences.
Your child will have access to a great selection of toys, games, puzzles, dress-ups, playdough, arts and crafts, a variety of books and a music room. In our vast outdoor area your child will be able to climb and slide on our equipment and ride on our large selection of bikes, scooters and cars. Please remember to bring a hat.
Our massive crèche has a dedicated babies area, a large indoor area for plenty of play and a huge outdoor area which is largely shaded.
Please note that you are required to stay in the centre while your child is in the crèche.

- Create Free Guest Account or log in to the Online Member Portal as per these guides. You'll have to add each child to your profile.
- Add your child to your profile under ‘Your Children’ and ‘Add Family Member'.
- Familiarise yourself with our parent handbook.
- Book your child into our Carnaby Club Creche. Online bookings can be made several weeks in advance, please book early to avoid missing out. We do take walk-ins if we have places available.

/ Saturdays - 8:15am to 12:15pm
/ Sundays + Public holidays - closed
8 weeks to 5 years, and children up to 11 years during school holidays, Saturdays and pupil free days.
/ $5.40 per child for up to two hours per day
/ $7.70 per child for up to three hours per day (members only)
/ Maximum per week is 12 hours per child
Payment must be made when you book online otherwise your booking will be cancelled.
Online Portal FAQ's
How do I access the online portal? All current and previous attendees automatically have a free account set up with us.
If you have a health club membership with us or have enrolled in our children's programs before (e.g. PlayActive, Junior Coaching Clinics and Swim ARCademy), these features will be added on to this. Check whether your child(ren) have been linked to your account.

online portal and clicking 'forgot password.' Enter the email you used on our original form to enrol yourself or child. Follow the instructions outlined in the email sent to you to reset your password. After you've set a password, you should now have access to your online account. Check whether your child(ren) have been linked to your account.

Yes, you'll need to add each individual session for each child to your shopping cart and then pay for them. Please ensure you check out your shopping cart. If you don't check out, your booking(s) will be cancelled.
How can I pay for multiple children? You'll need to add each individual session for each child to your shopping cart and then pay for them. You can do this using the 'Booking for' dropdown menu, which you'll see on the pop-up window after you select a timeslot.
After you've added each individual booking for each child, please ensure you check out your shopping cart. If you don't check out, your booking(s) will be cancelled.
Absolutely, as long as we have spaces available. Online bookings close one hour prior to Carnaby's Club Crèche opening. If you come after we open, you can attend as a walk in. You'll need to pay at créche reception via EFTPOS and fill in the attendance sheet when you arrive.
Can I cancel my booking and what happens to my payment? Cancellations can be processed via your online portal. Find your booking via the ‘My Bookings’ tab and hit the 'minus' sign. From here, you’ll be able to cancel your booking.
Cancellations must be submitted by 8pm the day before your booked session. After cancellation, you'll receive a credit matching your original payment for future bookings. Please note, we're unable to provide refunds.
If you can't make it to your booking, reach out to us as soon as possible at 9411 3362 or creche@cockburnarc.com.au during our opening hours.
If you cancel by 8pm the day before your booking, a credit can be applied to your account. If it's due to illness, provide a medical certificate, and we'll credit your child's account for future use. Please note, we're unable to provide refunds.
