Group fitness classes

We’ve got 3 group fitness studios: a main studio for high-energy classes, a mind and body space, and a tiered indoor cycle studio. 

With 130+ classes a week, including Les Mills icons like BodyPump, Body Balance and THE TRIP, there’s something for every workout mood.

Prefer the water? Enjoy low-impact aqua fitness classes in our 50m and 25m pools.

Group Fitness Etiquette

  1. You enter the studio at your own risk. 
  2. Arrive early! Tickets are available from the Kiosks up to 2 minutes prior to class commencement - no ticket, no class. 
  3. Doors lock at the class start time. Please do not reopen the door for others. For your safety, we do not allow late entry. 
  4. First timers, please say hello to our Group Fitness Instructors! They will help get you started and make you feel comfortable. If you’re pregnant or have any injuries, please speak up too. 
  5. Commit to the full workout; leaving early disrupts others. If you must go, you can leave during the cool down portion of the class, unless it's an emergency. Just give the instructor a heads-up. If you're attending a class in the Cycle Studio, we advise you not to leave your bike during class. If you leave the class watch your step. No re-entry into the session. 
  6. Only you can be you. No substitutes.
  7. Kids need to be booked into the crèche. They cannot attend the class or wait unattended. 
  8. Keep our floor space clear by using our lockers in the changerooms or you can use the pigeon holes outside the studios.
  9. Please bring the right gear for each session and always bring a towel. 
  10.  Phones are to be on silent.
  11.  Leave your equipment clean and tidy with the wipes provided.
  12.  Please do not touch the controls of the fans and air con in our studios. Only our staff are authorised to do so.
