BODYBALANCE® is the perfect entry point if you’re new to yoga.

It’s a holistic, low-impact workout that blends Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates into one smooth, full-body session.

You’ll move through a series of structured stretches, poses and flows designed to build strength, improve flexibility and leave you feeling calm, centred and a little more put-together than when you walked in.

Suitable for all fitness levels.

If you want a stronger core and a more supported body, this class is a very good place to start.

LES MILLS CORE targets your abs, glutes and lower back with straightforward, effective training.

You’ll use resistance bands, weight plates and perform classic core moves like crunches, planks and hovers to build strength and control. It’s quick, it’s focused, and you’ll feel the difference in how you move.

It’s a 30-minute joy ride that'll transform your abs, booty and thighs. ABT focuses on strengthening your core, toning your lower body and elevate your overall well-being by enhancing your posture, mobility, and balance.  

This workout blends bodyweight and weighted exercises, incorporating both compound and isolation movements to focus on your abdominal, back, and thigh (ABT) muscles.

Suitable for individuals of all fitness levels, from experienced professionals to beginners, you have the flexibility to select the resistance level that matches your capabilities. Despite the moderate intensity, the workout delivers a satisfying burn.

Keep both physically and mentally healthy with Move and Improve; a light paced class for beginners, seniors and anyone making a fitness comeback! 

This class offers a gentle yet effective approach to functional fitness. We cover all aspects of mobility, balance, coordination, and strength by using hand weights, fit balls, weighted balls, and foam rollers.

Yoga is a centuries-old practice that promotes physical and mental wellness. Its combination of movement, breath, and mindfulness fosters stress reduction, increased flexibility, and a strengthened mind-body connection.
 
We offer a wide range of movements and props, such as blocks, belts, and bolsters that enhance flexibility and balance, and cap off each class with a moment of tranquillity through a short meditation. 
 
All yogi levels are warmly welcome. Don’t forget to bring your own mat!

Les Mills SHAPE is a fun, full-body workout that progresses over 6 weeks. It combines resistance training with upbeat music, targeting your core, legs, arms, and glutes using bodyweight exercises and equipment like dumbbells and resistance bands.

This workout sculpts and strengthens all areas of the body through small, controlled movements and repetition. It's low-impact and grounded, but high intensity! 

Suitable for all fitness levels. 

Pilates is a holistic approach to fitness that focuses on controlled movements, flexibility, and core strength. In our classes, we emphasize precise and deliberate exercises to help you sculpt and tone your body. 

During our sessions, you'll find yourself on a mat, engaging in low-impact exercises designed to improve your overall strength and flexibility. We incorporate props like resistance bands and magic circles to enhance your workout experience. 

Our instructors will guide you through a series of exercises aimed at improving posture, enhancing core stability, and promoting a sense of overall well-being.  You can expect a more aligned and toned physique, increased flexibility, and a stronger core. 

If you're new to Pilates or want to revisit the basic principles, we also offer a Beginner Pilates class, where we break down the moves and show you proper technique.
