- 1-on-1 training – $85 per session
- 2-on-1 training – $120 per session (bring a friend and share the burn)
Sessions run for 60 minutes, with your first session including a 30-minute appraisal, so expect 90 minutes to kick things off.
Fitness Coach
Provides general support on the gym floor. They will help you get started, answer questions, give equipment demonstrations, and guide you through the basics.
Personal Trainer
Provides a customised approach focused entirely on you. They design personalised workouts, guide you closely during sessions, and track your progress to help you achieve your specific goals
