She quickly realised how many women stop training during pregnancy - not because they want to, but because they’re unsure what’s safe. That’s where Nat comes in. She specialises in pre and postnatal strength training, helping women stay active through pregnancy and rebuild properly after birth.
Of course, her expertise doesn’t end there. Nat works with a wide range of clients from weight loss and muscle gain to building fitness and confidence in the gym.
Nat encourages our members to stash their workout gear in their cars and make exercise a habit. She firmly believes that once you’ve conquered that initial hurdle, it’s nothing but smooth sailing!
