We offer many ways to assist you in managing your account, whether it is your membership or swim school membership

Our Member Portal allows you to manage your membership. 

Through the portal you are able to:

  • Book in to group fitness or cancel a booking
  • Suspend your membership
  • Edit your personal details and emergency contact
  • Update your payment details
  • Change your password
  • Purchase membership add ons like Reformer Pilates, Run Club or a Personal Trainer
  • Book into children's activities and creche

Every member automatically has a portal account. We set it up for you when you joined us, either online or in person.

To access your portal visit https://cockburnarc.perfectgym.com.au/ClientPortal2/

Click on 'Forgot password'

Instructions on creating a password will be sent to the email that you signed up with. This will be the same email that we send Member Update newsletters to.

Once you have a password, return to the portal and log in.

  1. Select Payment settings from the main menu
  2. Select payment method you wish to change
  3. Make changes and save

  1. Visit Account on the top menu
  2. Change the details that are incorrect
  3. Save changes

Members are able to suspend their membership for up to 84 days a year. This is handy if you are going on holidays or will just be unable to visit us for awhile.

Please note, depending on the dates that you select, a pro rata payment may be incurred, which is just the days outside of the fortnightly direct debit when your membership is active.

  1. Log in to the portal at https://cockburnarc.perfectgym.com.au/ClientPortal2/
  2. Click on Contracts/Suspension/Add-ons in the main menu
  3. Select your membership contract (eg Lifestyle Active)
  4. Select Suspend membership
  5. Select  your suspension dates and select confirm.

You will receive an email confirmation to the email that you joined up on (the one that you receive our Member Updates).

You should also receive an email 5 days before your membership is due to reactivate.

Payment information

Cockburn ARC operates on a direct debit each fortnight. 

Membership fees are directly debited every second Thursday via the nominated payment source on your membership profile.

Membership fees pay for the upcoming two weeks. Therefore, if your account has been on suspension and is set to reactivate in the middle of a direct debit period, you may be charged for the applicable period. 

As outlined in the membership terms and conditions, unsuccessful membership payments will incur a $10 administration fee that is required to be paid to continue accessing the facility.

In the event a member has been the victim of fraudulent activity, we may waive an administration fee when one of the following proof has been provided:

  • Proof of funds in the account on the day the membership fee was due. Proof can be provided in the form of a bank statement, showing adequate funds on the day payment was due.
  • Proof from your financial institution, outlining fraudulent activity has taken place resulting in the account being closed or suspended. Can be provided as a letter, email or SMS.
  • Proof of error from the members financial institution. Can be provided as a letter, email or SMS.
  • An official police report confirming the members wallet/card was stolen.

All requests to waive an administration fee must be submitted in writing to info@cockburn.com.au, accompanied by supporting documentation. Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee the fee will be waived, as this decision is at the sole discretion of management and subject to the proof provided.

In the event of an unsuccessful membership payment, your access to the ARC will be restricted. Additionally, a $10 administration fee is applicable.

You have the option to pay your membership fee prior to the due date via your member portal or alternatively, you can suspend your account, also via your member portal.

Please note, centre access will be restricted during this time.
