Fitness has always been part of Hannah’s life, but becoming a mum changed how she trained. After her first son, she worked with experienced coaches who helped her rebuild her strength and confidence.
After her second, she completed her fitness qualifications so she could support other women through the same process.
She knows firsthand how intimidating the gym can feel, especially when you’re starting out or coming back after a big life shift. That’s why her focus is to meet you where you’re at, build your confidence early, and create a plan that works for you.
Outside the gym, you’ll find her chasing around her 3 year old, attempting to master handstands, or curled up with her Kindle and something chocolately at hand.
