Growing up, Florence thrived in sport and athletics, and that passion evolved into something bigger: a career dedicated to helping others feel stronger, healthier and more confident.

Before joining ARC, she worked as a Gym Coordinator on a Pilbara mine site, then shifted into personal training after becoming a mum. That experience shaped her coaching style; supportive, energetic and grounded in real life. She knows what it’s like to start fresh, juggle priorities and rebuild confidence, and she brings that understanding to every session.

Florence works with all kinds of clients, from young adults and advanced athletes to seniors and mums returning to exercise. Her approach is simple but powerful: personalise each program, set realistic milestones, celebrate the small wins and keep showing up.

If you’re nervous about booking your first session, Florence will put you at ease. She’ll guide you step by step, focus on proper form, and make sure you feel comfortable and confident in your own body. And as the Ultimate Hype Mum, she’ll be right there celebrating your wins, lifting you up when you doubt yourself and giving you that extra push when you need it most.
