Personal Trainer
To climb the ladder you must begin at the bottom, only you can determine the heights you’ll reach.

Mitch's journey into the fitness industry began through sport. After experiencing several significant sporting injuries, he discovered a passion for helping others stay active, build resilience and achieve their goals.

Now an accredited Exercise Scientist and Strength & Conditioning Coach, Mitch combines academic knowledge with to help you develop lifelong confidence in their physical abilities.

Before joining Cockburn ARC, Mitch worked as the Women's Head of High Performance at Perth Football Club, and his coaching experience ranges from junior athletes and developing sportspeople through to everyday individuals looking to start their health and fitness journey.

If you're feeling nervous about your first PT session, Mitch understands exactly how daunting it can feel to step into a new environment. His approach is simple: guide, support, and educate. From your very first session, he'll be right beside you, helping you learn the gym environment, understand your training, and feel comfortable as you begin your fitness journey.

When he's not working with clients or supporting the Perth Demons WAFLW program, you'll find him walking his dogs, watching cricket, or testing his impressive ability to recall obscure sporting facts from competitions around the world.
