In just 45 minutes, you will pedal through breathtaking digital worlds - climbing towering glaciers, chasing futuristic riders, sprinting across hot lava, and even cruising through space - all projected onto a massive screen. Think Netflix with zero chill. 

And unlike a traditional cycle class, your instructor doesn't lead from the front. They’re right beside you, facing the screen, guiding you through every track as the visuals, music and choreography sync perfectly together.

Ride with caution
If you suffer from epilepsy, motion sickness or any condition triggered by flashing lights, rapid movement, or intense visual stimulation, this may not be the right class for you.

Basic stepping, just like walking up and down stairs, is at the heart of Body Step – a full-body cardio workout to really tone your butt and thighs. 

You can expect a mixture of upbeat, rhythmic stepping, with squat and lunge patterns to work the legs. Combine this with movements like burpees, push ups and weight plate exercises, and the result is a fun, uplifting, full-body workout!

You can adjust the step height and intensity to suit your fitness level. For the lowest intensity, put the step flat on the floor. To make it more intense, add risers. 

Les Mills Body Combat is a fiercely energetic and empowering cardio workout inspired by martial arts. Drawing from a variety of disciplines such as Karate, Boxing, Tae Kwon Do, Tai Chi, and Muay Thai, this high-intensity program mixes combat training tracks with power tracks for a full-body workout.

A non-contact, interval-based program, you'll punch, kick, strike, and perform dynamic kata moves to burn calories and improve your fitness. With each session, you'll become fitter, faster, and stronger - feeling the results after just a few classes.

Just be sure to bring a water bottle and towel. Trust us, you’ll need them!

BODYATTACK® is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. One of the best things about BODYATTACK is it improves your functional fitness – the fitness that you need for everyday life.

We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. Caters for total beginners to total addicts. 

BODYATTACK is available at ARC as a either a 55 or 30-minute workout.

We also have Zumba GOLD available for beginners and seniors. Moves are lower impact, easy to keep up with and has a shorter class length. 

SPRINT™ is 30 minutes of high-intensity cycling built for quick, powerful results. Unlike RPM, there’s no steady ride, no big build-ups and no “find your groove.” This is pure HIIT: short bursts of hard work followed by recovery.

You set the resistance, hit the intervals, and let the format push your fitness fast. It’s sharp, efficient and over before you can talk yourself out of it - exactly how HIIT should be! 

RPM™ is indoor cycling minus the ego and plus the endorphins. You set the intensity, so it’s low impact, deceptively fun, and can burn up to 500 calories per session.

With the music turned up and the room moving in sync, our instructors lead you through climbs, sprints and fast flats. You’ll feed off the group energy, find your rhythm in the beat and push at a pace that actually suits you.

A fun indoor cycle session to get your heart pumping. A motivating workout combining hill climbs, stamina, speed drills and power bursts of sprint training.

MetaPWR (MetaPower) is a 30-minute circuit class that combines bodyweight and weighted compound exercises, with little rest to maximise calorie burn and increase metabolic rate during and after the workout.

It's a HIIT style workout, designed to boost your fitness, rocket your energy levels and get massive results in the shortest amount of time possible. We use equipment like battle ropes, kettlebells, slam balls, power bags and plyo boxes to tone muscles and burn fat fast!

A 45 minute cardio blast, no equipment, just you and the water for resistance, buoyancy and drag to create your workout.

The session involves intervals of high intensity work followed by active rest and recovery, making this a great class to start the day. Water provides 12 to 14 percent more resistance than air, so you will be conditioning both muscular and cardiovascular fitness at the same time.

Aqua Energy is a lively, shallow-water workout that lifts your heart rate and your mood. Using the pool’s resistance and equipment like dumbbells or noodles, you’ll move through cardio, strength and conditioning for a full-body session. It’s higher intensity than a gentle aqua class but still easy on the joints.

Aqua Fit is a low to moderate level session is perfect for beginners looking to improve stamina and range of motion using the dynamic resistance of water. Our expert instructors will incorporate noodles and floats to guide you through the class and leave you feeling ready to conquer the day!

Aqua Zumba® is dance-style aqua class where we combine traditional aqua fitness with Zumba! It’s a low-impact, high-energy aquatic exercise class that’s paired with motivating Latin music to create a pool party atmosphere. 

The water creates natural resistance, alleviating all the stress that the gravity on land puts on your joints and muscles. The class is challenging, fun and a great way to socialize with others - you won't even know you're working out!
