BodyPump is a barbell class that strengthens and tones your entire body - fast! It's the ultimate resistance training workout that challenges all your major muscle groups.

The workout features ten tracks, each focusing on a different muscle group. You can always expect a good dose of squats, deadlifts, clean and presses, lunges and bicep curls. And, more often than not you'll find push-ups, chest presses, overhead presses and crunches are part of the mix too.
  
This kind of endurance training is not about bulking up, it is the high amount of reps you perform (around four times as many than if you trained alone), that help burn more calories and build strength to create a lean and toned body. 

Basic stepping, just like walking up and down stairs, is at the heart of Body Step – a full-body cardio workout to really tone your butt and thighs. 

You can expect a mixture of upbeat, rhythmic stepping, with squat and lunge patterns to work the legs. Combine this with movements like burpees, push ups and weight plate exercises, and the result is a fun, uplifting, full-body workout!

You can adjust the step height and intensity to suit your fitness level. For the lowest intensity, put the step flat on the floor. To make it more intense, add risers. 

BODYATTACK® is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. One of the best things about BODYATTACK is it improves your functional fitness – the fitness that you need for everyday life.

We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. Caters for total beginners to total addicts. 

BODYATTACK is available at ARC as a either a 55 or 30-minute workout.

Les Mills Body Combat is a fiercely energetic and empowering cardio workout inspired by martial arts. Drawing from a variety of disciplines such as Karate, Boxing, Tae Kwon Do, Tai Chi, and Muay Thai, this high-intensity program mixes combat training tracks with power tracks for a full-body workout.

A non-contact, interval-based program, you'll punch, kick, strike, and perform dynamic kata moves to burn calories and improve your fitness. With each session, you'll become fitter, faster, and stronger - feeling the results after just a few classes.

Just be sure to bring a water bottle and towel. Trust us, you’ll need them!

MetaPWR (MetaPower) is a 30-minute circuit class that combines bodyweight and weighted compound exercises, with little rest to maximise calorie burn and increase metabolic rate during and after the workout.

It's a HIIT style workout, designed to boost your fitness, rocket your energy levels and get massive results in the shortest amount of time possible. We use equipment like battle ropes, kettlebells, slam balls, power bags and plyo boxes to tone muscles and burn fat fast!

LES MILLS TONE is your all-in-one cardio, resistance and core fix — constantly switching things up so you stay challenged, sweaty and nowhere near bored.

In 30–45 minutes you’ll smash through lunges, squats, functional moves and a bit of tubing magic. It’s the calorie-burning, fitness-boosting hit that keeps you moving, grooving and feeling like the most capable version of yourself.

If you want a stronger core and a more supported body, this class is a very good place to start.

LES MILLS CORE targets your abs, glutes and lower back with straightforward, effective training.

You’ll use resistance bands, weight plates and perform classic core moves like crunches, planks and hovers to build strength and control. It’s quick, it’s focused, and you’ll feel the difference in how you move.

Join our high-energy Latin dance party Zumba! It's an aerobic workout which combines various dance routines, including those from salsa, samba, mambo, cha cha and more, all to the sound of fabulous Latin music.

Zumba mixes low-intensity and high-intensity dance moves through easy-to-follow routines that are effective, fun and will give you the tone and definition you’ve been searching for... you won’t even know you are working out. It’s designed for everybody and every body, no matter your fitness level! 

We also have Zumba GOLD available for beginners and seniors. Moves are lower impact, easy to keep up with and has a shorter class length.
