This 30-minute weight training session is specifically designed to sculpt the glutes and thighs with an ab blast to finish it off.

Expect a fusion of exercises like squats, lunges, and deadlifts, mixed with targeted isolation moves including banded and single-leg work that will leave you with a satisfying burn.

A 30-minute low-impact circuit made for the 50+ crew. Using resistance bands, light dumbbells, and bodyweight moves, this class builds functional strength, sharpens balance, and keeps you moving confidently - both in and out of the gym.
