Book your next Carnaby's Club Crèche visit ahead of time online and you could win one of three great prizes.
From Monday 31 August to Saturday 19 September, every crèche booking made and paid for online before the day of your visit earns you an entry into the draw. The more you book online, the more chances to win!
Pre-booking guarantees your child's spot (crèche places are limited!), skips the queue at reception, and means more of your gym time is actually spent working out - not waiting around.

How to enter
Book and pay for your crèche session online before the day of your visit - that's it. Open to members and non-members.
Members: book via the Technogym app
Non-members: book by logging into your Cockburn ARC account
- Go to you Member Portal and find ‘Book’
- Go to ‘Single Sessions + Creche + Kids Get Active’
- Ensure ‘Facility Type’ is ‘Children Programs | Carnaby’s Creche’
- Using the arrows, scroll to find your selected day
- Select ‘Book Now’
- Ensure the name of the child you are booking in is selected
- Select the drop down arrow under ‘Start Time’ to select your chosen session start time.
- Select ‘Next’
- Select ‘Pay Now’
Want to book multiple sessions at one time?
- Select ‘Add to cart’
- Repeat steps 1 to 8 and select ‘Add o cart’
- Select your shopping cart at the top right corner of your page
- Then select ‘Pay Now’
You'll need to be an ARC member to book through the app.
- Download the Technogym App and log in.
- Select ARC.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and select 'Book into Creche'.
- Choose your required date(s), complete the booking, and make payment.
Winners will be drawn and contacted by email on Monday 21 September 2026.
Promotion Period
The Crèche Bookings Promotion will run for three (3) weeks. Start and end dates will be as advertised in-centre and/or online.
Eligibility
- The promotion is open to all eligible crèche users who pre-book online prior to the day of their booking.
- Each eligible online booking counts as one (1) entry into the prize draw.
- Bookings must be made through our online booking system.
- Walk-in bookings do not qualify for entry into the promotion.
- Bookings must be completed and attended to qualify as a valid entry.
- Cancellations and/or no-shows will be excluded from the draw.
- City of Cockburn employees are not eligible for the promotion.
Winner Selection & Notification
- Winners will be randomly drawn at the conclusion of the promotion period.
- Winners will be notified via phone or email.
- If a winner cannot be contacted within two (2) weeks, an alternative winner will be drawn.
General Conditions
- By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions, as well as creche Terms & Conditions outlined on our website.
- Management reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with conditions.
- The centre reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if necessary.
- Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash and must be collected in person.
- Any prize cannot be returned.
