Group Fitness Studios

We have three spacious, purpose built studios that are unlike anything else in Perth.

For a start, each one has floor to ceiling windows with state of the art flooring. Fully air conditioned, sound proofed with high end sound systems.  Plus, they all over look the Fremantle Football Club training oval. 

Main Group Fitness Studio

All our high energy classes run here. Think space, great music, energy, light and tons of motivation.

The  studio has sprung wooden floors and floor space for 70 Les Mills BODY BAR sets compete with ergonomic design that speeds up transitions between tracks. No clips are required, the plates double up as dumbbells.

Big garage doors enclose the equipment neatly leaving extra space for us to punch, kick, pump and groove our way to fitness.

No matter your position in the studio, you can look ahead and see the instruction, through two wide screens either side of the room.

Indoor Cycle Studio

Our cycle studio accommodates 46 of the latest Les Mills body bikes. They guarantee a true cycle experience.

Plus, you can use the BODY BIKE® Indoor Cycling app which is a tool to monitor performance during the workout and after.  Displaying power/watts, heart rate, cadence, distance and calories burned, it is a motivating display of data  to track your training history.

Mind and Body

Enjoy your  Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi and other classes in this calm, comfortable environment.

This space offers introductory sessions and specialised classes. It provides a safe setting to improve flexibility, strength, balance and body awareness.
