Facility booking

We offer the following booking types:

Individual or group bookings
For individuals or group bookings, we require a minimum of 4 regular bookings, for example, 4 consecutive Mondays from 4 - 5pm.
Once off bookings may be considered at the discretion of the Bookings Officer.

Room/studio hire

Schools, sporting clubs, organisations
We offer once off and regular bookings for schools, sporting clubs and other organisations.

Waterslide exclusive use

We require 1 week notice for all bookings, and 7 days notice if you wish to cancel. Prior to completing a booking form, please ensure you have read and understood all the Terms and Conditions and Fees and Charges, and have appropriately selected a space to suit the unique needs of your booking/event. All booking application forms will be subject to the Cockburn ARC Priority of Use Schedule.

Stadium Courts

Stadium bookings are available for organisations, schools or community groups for once off or regular hire. Individuals are only able to book the stadium if they book for a minimum of 4 regular session bookings, unless approved otherwise by the Bookings Officer.

1 week notice is required for any booking, and is subject to availability.

Referees, umpires etc up to 125% of employee costs on costed to the hirer

Room Hire

Meeting room and group fitness studio bookings are available for individuals or schools, organisations and clubs only.

Room Hire Booking Fees:
Bond - Commercial Special Event -Up to 200% of hire costs
Bond - Community Special Event - Up to 100% of hire costs

Commercial - Special Event Hire fee = 200% of commercial rate
Cleaning Costs - Special Event up to 125% of cleaning charges on costed to the hirer
Function Supervisor - After Hours up to to 125% of employee costs on costed to the hirer

Aquatic Facilities

Lane and pool hire can only be booked and hired by organisational, school or community group hirers as defined by Cockburn ARC.

Full pool hire only available to approved event hirers.
A minimum of two indoor 25m lanes and three 50m outdoor lanes (or four 25m outdoor lanes) must always remain available to the public.
Cockburn ARC reserves the right to enforce minimum swimmer numbers as required.
