Our facility features a spacious main group fitness studio, a dedicated mind and body studio, and a specialised indoor cycle studio. Dive into aquatic classes in our warm water, 50m and 25m pools.
Book into the morning sessions from 6:30pm the night before, and for evening classes, secure your spot from 6:30am on the day of the class.
For parents seeking a worry-free workout experience, our fantastic Carnaby's Club Crèche is available to care for your little ones while you focus on breaking a sweat!
Casual group fitness entry for 18 years upwards will cost $18 and can be paid online when you sign up to a free active casual membership, Entry for 14-17 years, and concession card holders will cost $14.40 and you will need to pay at reception on the day. Sign up to a free active casual membership, to make it easier for when you arrive! Please note, you must be over 16 years for Glute Gainz, BodyPump and MetaPWR. If you plan on setting up your free active casual membership at reception before class, please come in early as our class doors shut two minutes before the session starts. If you do wish to cancel and receive a credit for another class, you must cancel at least 2 hours in advance.
