Cockburn ARC offers School Sport Programs for local City of Cockburn primary schools, which includes incursions & excursions, and specialised sport programs. We are more than just a sports facility, where we aim to support an overall school experience to develop health, education & inclusivity in our community. We are all about providing opportunities for kids to participate and succeed in sport.
 

Sporting Schools Programs

Through Sporting Schools opens in a new window grants, our qualified team can deliver a range of sport programs that focus on developing fundamental movement skills, teamwork, and a love of physical activity. We hold accreditations for multiple sports through partnerships with National Sporting Organisations (NSOs), allowing us to offer a diverse selection.

In the coming year, we are dedicated to partnering with additional NSOs to expand our accreditations. This will enable us to offer a broader range of sporting activities.

Incursions & Excursions

Our dedicated and highly skilled team are equipped to coordinate your primary school’s sports days. This includes the planning, set-up and coordination of the day with teachers and students.

The days feature a wide range of sports and activities tailored to each individual school’s requirement hosted on your school grounds or at our state-of-the-art facility. 
 

We offer a variety of sports and activities that you can choose from, including, but not limited to: 

• Athletics & Track Events: engage students with a range of athletics events, from sprints, to long jump, shot put, and more! Based on a traditional school carnival approach.

• Team Sports: encourage teamwork and collaboration with sports like soccer, basketball, and netball. 

• World Event Themed Days: bring the excitement of the world's big stage through themed events such as the World Cup or the Olympics. These days involve students to represent different countries and compete in a variety of events. 

• Specialist Programs: we also offer unique programs that focus on specific sports or fitness goals, from fitness challenges to multi-sport programs.
