
Get up, lace up and show up! Running season is in full swing and ARC Run Club is here to take the slog out of the jog.
Forget running solo- join ARC Run Club, run with a bunch of legends twice a week and get in tip-top shape for the HBF Run for a Reason on Sunday 25 May. Whether you’re aiming for the 3km, 12km or going all-in for the half mara, running is always better with a crew that will hold you accountable and jack you up when you need it most.
Our Fitness Coaches have put together a progressive 8-week running plan backed by science, plus you will receive a strength training program to compliment your goals.
Here's what you get:

🏃 2 x weekly outdoor training sessions (Mondays & Thursdays 6-7am and 6-7pm)

Members can have all this for $80 (that's just $10 per week) 😱. Non-members can join the fun too for $160.
All paces are welcome. Whether you're a complete newbie trying to improve your fitness or a Strava enthusiast with a goal time to beat.

More about the running program 📝 Health assessments | Before we hit the ground running, you'll complete a pre-exercise questionnaire to help us get to know you and your training needs. Plus, we'll conduct a body scan to measure body fat percentage, bone density, water levels and more. We'll do this again at weeks 4 and 8 to track your progress! |

🏃 2 x weekly outdoor running sessions | Train with us every Monday and Thursday for 8 weeks. That's 16 sessions all up!
If you're an early riser, join our morning sessions from 6am to 7am. If evenings suit you better, we also run sessions from 6pm to 7pm.
Our Fitness Coaches will meet you in the amphitheatre 10 minutes before each session to brief you on the workout ahead. |

💪 Strength program | To complement your running sessions, our Fitness Coaches will provide you with a structured gym-based strength program designed to improve performance and prevent injury. This program is self-managed. |

⌚ 3 x fitness tests | Complete a 2km time trial at the start, middle and end of the program to track your progress and see how much you've improved. |

How do I join the club?If you're a member, log in to your account via the member portal and add the program to your membership. If you're not a member, you can create a free account.

What happens next?
Hang tight! Shortly after joining, you'll receive a welcome email with everything you need to know before your first session. Then, one of our Fitness Coaches will reach out to schedule your initial health assessment.
