Take the 2022 Member Survey and help us plan for 2023!

As we wrap up this year of ups and downs,  we'd like to get back to finding out what you feel about your membership and how you're going at the ARC.

The survey will take between 10 and 15 minutes, and it's your chance to help us to improve our programs and services.

Terms and Conditions

1. By entering the Competition, entrants agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions.
2. To enter the competition participants must fully complete the member survey and submit.
3. All entrants must have an active membership and have no outstanding money owing on their account.
4. City of Cockburn employees are not eligible to enter.
5. The survey must be submitted between Thursday 8 December and Wednesday January 11.
6. The winner will be announced on Monday January 16.
7. The winner will be notified via the email or phone number attached to their member account.
8. The prize will be a years membership (on their current membership type)  commencing from the next direct debit from the announcement of the winner. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash or any other product.
9. The membership will be for the 12 month period from the direct debit. It will not be extended due to any circumstances such as suspension.
10. City of Cockburn accepts no responsibility and shall not be legally liable or responsible for any accident, loss, injury or damage to any individual or property, whether direct or indirect, whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise arising out of or in connection with the Competition of the prize, either during or after the competition.
