Our new member portal is now live. Reset your password and you can get started. We have changed the platform that we use to manage your membership and our programs and services. Our new platform has many exciting features that we will communicate to you over time.
To begin with however, we need all members to do one task!
Reset your password on the new portal
- Visit this Forgot Password page
- Enter your email address that you use for your membership
- Check your email for a message from us (Note: it may be in your promotions or junk folder/tab)
- Click on the link in the email
- Create a new password
- You're all good to go!
Reset your password Now you've reset your password, here's what you can do in the new portal:
- Book into group fitness classes
- Manage your payment and personal information
- Manage your membership
How to book into group fitness- View the timetable on the ARC homepage or group fitness timetable page
- You can see the available places in every class
- Go to Book in
- Log in to the member portal
- Select the class you wish to attend
- Confirm the booking
- You will receive email confirmation that you have successfully booked into the class

How to cancel a group fitness booking- Log into the member portal
- Go to My Bookings on the top menu
- See all your current bookings and click cancel booking
- Confirm cancellation
Change your password within the portal- Log into the member portal
- Go to Account > Edit profile
- Scroll down the bottom of the page and you'll see a yellow button "Change Password"
- Enter your current password and your new password
- Press submit
