Don’t count the days, make the days count.

Have you met Jordan?

Jordan holds health and fitness close to his chest after losing a substantial amount of weight as a teen (20kgs to be exact 😱). At a rapid velocity, he went from casual gym-goer to prepping for his first bodybuilding competition. Not long after that, he made his passion into a career as a trainer.

Jords has been in the game for 8 solid years now and says the best part of his job is helping our people work towards becoming a better version of themselves. He says taking that initial plunge can be a little daunting but guarantees once you get started, you won’t want to stop.
When Jords isn't busy in the gym, he remains in the active arena playing golf, cricket and footy - his sun kissed glow explained ✨
Jords has summited the weightloss mountain firsthand, so if you need a help getting started or want to shred those annoying last 5 kilos, hit him up!
