The following fees have been amended after review in the 23/24 budget.
As part of the City’s annual budget process a review of fees and charges has been conducted and there have been some changes to some fees adopted by Council as part of the 2023/24 budget.
Most fees at Cockburn ARC have been increased.

Memberships All membership fees will be increasing, noting that the last increase in membership fees was in 2019.
- Lifestyle Active will increase from $20.50 to $21.20 per week
- Flexi Active will increase from $23.50 to $24.20 per week
- Lifestyle Acquatic will increase from $15.50 to $16.00 per week
- Flexi Aquatic will increase from $17.50 to $18.00 per week
Foundation, FIFO and Youth will also all increase.
An increase in membership breach fees will also occur. So if you share your membership with another person, please be aware the fine for this breach of membership will increase from $50 to $100.
Swim School Weekly Swim School fees will increase from $18 to $19 per week.
Children's Services 2 hour visits per child will increase from $5.00 to $5.20 per session.
Birthday parties and PlayActive have also increased.
Bookings Facility hire rates will increase across the board.
The new fees will take effect from Thursday 3 August except for sports game fees which will take effect from the next season.
