Move Balance Connect

A Barre class with a twist! Immerse yourself in a fusion of flow, Balance, Barre, and Pilates techniques! Move Balance Connect seamlessly integrates elements from each discipline to help elevate your mobility and posture as well as strengthen, lengthen and stretch your entire body. 

It's designed to sculpt your arms, legs, glutes, and core while simultaneously nurturing a deep mind-body connection, leaving you feeling rejuvenated, centred, and sculpted – all in one session! 

This class runs for 60 minutes in the Mind and Body Studio on Mondays at 7:30pm (replacing the Monday night Yoga class). 

Don't forget to bring your own yoga mat. Can't wait to see you here!
