Always wanted to try out RPM? Start your cycle fitness journey by coming along to our special class for beginners on Thursdays at 6:30pm from 8 December.

Held in the indoor cycle studio, you'll get your cardio up, burn calories and have fun while cycling along to some banging tunes. During the 30 minute introductory session, we'll cover:

• how to set up your bike correctly
• different riding positions
• and guide you through three cycle tracks to kick off your fitness journey!

How do I join?

Attend as many times as you like to build your confidence and enjoy the benefits of the cycle life.

Members can register for the class 12 hours beforehand. Non-members can book three hours in advance and pay $17 at reception on the
