A mix of functional style resistance training with short bursts of cardio. It's a fun, fast and effective workout, with the additional bonus of motivation and camaraderie of training in a small group. This class allows fitness enthusiasts to experience the best of both worlds: lifting heavy weights while working in some cardio. 💪🏃
HYBRID is held on our buzzing gym floor and ran by our seasoned Fitness Coaches. It's a short 30-minute workout but don't be fooled by the time, your muscles will feel the burn every minute of the class.
