Have you met Manny, aka "Big M,"?

He's our charismatic Fitness Coach with five years of industry expertise that's spread from Melbourne, Sydney to Tasmania and now sunny Perth. 🌞 

After trading algorithms for adrenaline, Manny's journey began post-Bachelor's in Information Management when he realized the tech world wasn't his scene. 💻 Passionate about gym life, he transitioned from tech troubleshooter to certified trainer. 

Originally a chef in Nepal, Manny spiced things up by moving to Perth in 2016 with his wife, where he's been dishing out fitness wisdom with a side of charm ever since. 

Manny fully embraces strength training, valuing it's diverse advantages, including physical well-being, the mental pick-me-ups and long-term health benefits. 

In the gym, Big M is a social butterfly, thriving on member banter, especially with the vibrant elderly crew, relishing in their life stories and sage advice. Beyond the gym, he kicks it with soccer, cricket, and quality family time and practically lives off Nepalese dumplings. 🥟
