Karina

TITLE:

Senior Fitness Coach

Role:

Health Club

Work hard in silence, let success make the noise.

Have you met Karina?

You can’t miss her, she’s the very tall and friendly lass roaming the gym floor.

Prior to boarding the ARC ship, Karina was an elite athlete in Judo placing in 9 world championships AND snagged herself an Olympic bronze medal back in 2012 🏅

Following her retirement, the keen competitor put her fountain of knowledge to good use by delving into the fitness industry, where she now specialises in explosive power training and Tabata training.

As well as building strength, Karina loves building friendships. She genuinely cares about our members and loves hearing about their life stories and fitness journeys.

When Karina isn't ARCing, she's playing with Missy, her mischievous Jack Russell who is obsessed with her soccer ball.

Next time you see Karina

Ask her why there is a street named after her in the UK 🚦
