Fitness Coach

Role:

Health Club

Don’t rush. Too much too fast will only slow you down.

Have you met Evan?

Evan came to the land down under 10 years ago from a little reservation called Kahnawake (Canada), where preventable diseases are prevalent. After seeing the heavy health impacts on her indigenous community, Evan was influenced towards personal training and was determined to become a role model for change.

Evan has always been interested in health and fitness. From a young age she competed in body building competitions which piqued her interest to take on a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science 📕

She’s a technique over volume type girl. Always encouraging our members to focus on their form when lifting weights. “Too much too soon will only slow you down.” You can guarantee she’ll help perfect your deadlift if you're ever in the rack station.

Outside the ARC walls, Evan and her daughter can be found indulging in the number 11 pizza from Sandrinos, Freo 🍕

Next time you see Evan

Ask her how many languages she can count to ten in – then make her prove it by counting your reps for you 🌎
