A diamond in the hand of a man of wit and a pebble in the hand of a fool

Have you met Brock?

He's one of our newer kids on the ARC block. But don't let his newcomer status fool you, Brock brings a wealth of knowledge to the table and is armed with a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Sports and Rehabilitation Science.

Originally from the southwest, Brock grew up on his family farm in Albany, Western Australia, a place he now retreats to when he needs to unplug from the metropolitan matrix. When he’s there, he takes advantage of the coastal beauty and sweet serenity 🌞

Brock is extremely passionate about connecting with our members and helping them achieve their goals. He loves listening to their unique stories and the interesting routes they took to get to where they are now.

When he's not helping others on the gym floor, you'll find Brock on the golf course. He claims he isn’t a pro, but he swings with gusto ⛳

Next time you see Brock

Ask him how many Weetbix he does 💪
