Playgroup Terms and Conditions

Please review the terms and conditions before you submit a booking enquiry.

Bandicoots Play Centre Playgroup Bookings is a subsidised session and is for parents and playgroups only and cannot be used for parties.
Your booking is for two hours, the first hour and 40 minutes in the play centre and the last 20 minutes for food and cleaning in the Party Room.
Booked playgroup dates may be changed provided there is availability and more than three weeks' notice is given.
A refund can be issued provided notice of 6 weeks or more is given. A $20 administration fee will be deducted.
A credit can be issued provided notice of 6 weeks or more is given.
Children must not re-enter the Play Centre after eating/drinking in the Party Room.
The Party Room must be thoroughly cleaned after departure. Chairs, tables, floors and kitchen surfaces cleaned, rubbish taken away and the room left in the same condition it was found.
The Party Room must be exited promptly after your booking
