Terms and Condition Updates

Updates as from June 11

Following our first year at Swim ARCademy and in response to feedback over the past year, we have made a number of changes to our Terms and Conditions, to ensure you have an even better experience with us going forward.

Our new Terms and Conditions will come into effect on Monday 11 June 2018 and apply to all enrolled and enrolling customers. Some of the major highlights of the upcoming changes include:

1. Increased spectator allowances at lesson times
All enrolled Swim ARCademy students will be able to have two spectators come in and watch their lessons instead of the current allowance of one spectator.

Please be aware that ALL spectators must be present at the SAME time the enrolled student is being checked through reception or you will need to pay our standard spectator fee.

2. The parent participating in the water in our Parent and Child classes will no longer count as a spectator.

You will still be able to have two spectators come and watch each lesson. Please just keep in mind that if your scheduled lesson is in the Warm Water Pool that all spectators must be 16 years and older.

3. You will now be able to cancel your lessons from the last lesson in the current direct debit cycle

As long as you lodge your cancellation form by close of business on the Tuesday prior to the coming direct debit.

(Where the cancellation lodgement date falls on a public holiday, all cancellations must be lodged by close of business on Friday of the previous week).

4. All non-teaching periods will be automatically suspended for all customers and the dates of all upcoming non-teaching periods will be available to you on our website. You will not have to lodge any written request for this to occur.
