Do you offer make up lessons?
We don't offer make up lessons, but as a member of Swim ARCademy you can come to the pool at anytime during the week outside your lesson to practice your skills. 
Can I suspend my Swim ARCademy membership?
You can only suspend your membership for medical reasons. If you would like to cancel your membership, you need to provide 28 days notice.
Do I need to be assessed before I enrol?
All learn to swim and adult learners need to be assessed before enrolling. Babies do not, just contact us directly to enrol in a class. You can book in your assessment here.
Do I have to re enrol each term?
You don't need to re enrol for Swim ARCademy, your membership continues ongoing throughout the year. You just need to provide 28 days notice if you wish to cancel.
