Beginner Pilates

Beginner Pilates is specifically designed for newcomers and those who are looking to perfect their form.

Our instructors will show you proper technique by¬†breaking down each movement as well as provide modified movements to suit your needs.¬†We start with basic exercises and gradually progress to more challenging ones as your strength and flexibility improve. ūüßė¬†

This class is suitable for all fitness levels and ages! 

What we cover: 

  • Correct Pilates breath and posture
  • Spine and hip stability¬†
  • The difference between imprint and neutral spine¬†
  • Basic extension principles¬†
  • Isolating movements¬†
  • Pelvic floor activation. ¬†

Feel free to attend as many beginner sessions as you like until you are comfortable and ready to enter our regular Pilates class.

Don't forget to bring your own yoga mat. 


  • Improves overall core strength and stability, leading to better posture and reduced risk of back pain
  • Enhances flexibility, contributing to better joint mobility and reduce the risk of injuries
  • Promotes overall muscle tone leading to a more sculpted and toned appearance, especially in the core, legs, and arms
  • Enhances coordination and balance, which is valuable for daily activities and can also reduce the risk of falls, especially in older individuals
  • Helps reduce stress and promotes relaxation.
