Beginner Pilates is specifically designed for newcomers and those who are looking to perfect their form.
Our instructors will show you proper technique by breaking down each movement as well as provide modified movements to suit your needs. We start with basic exercises and gradually progress to more challenging ones as your strength and flexibility improve. 🧘

- The difference between imprint and neutral spine
- Basic extension principles
- Isolating movements
- Pelvic floor activation.
Feel free to attend as many beginner sessions as you like until you are comfortable and ready to enter our regular Pilates class.
