The Cockburn ARC website > Sport Tab > Select sport > Manage your Team.
This will give the team the overview of:
- Their fixtures
- Their ladder
- Their upcoming payments and making a payment
- Adding in a new player
- Updating CC
- Finding fill-in players
If a team wish to join the social sports:
1. They will complete the registration form online
2. Team sports will contact them and arrange the fixtures and confirm payment
3. They will arrive for their first game and debit will be taken the night before
** Teams with late submission-
If we have already entered a new season and a patron would like to register, please forward them onto the SPORT tab on the website. We have a
'register your interest for the upcoming season'.
Sports department will only take new teams on if they are still in the first 1-3 weeks of the competition as this is grading time. If the team is wanting to join they will need to wait until the next season.
- If a team forfeits with more than 24 hours’ notice, they will incur an early forfeit fee of $70.
- If a team forfeits within 24 hours of their game time, they will incur a late forfeit fee of $140.
- If a customer refuses to pay a forfeit fee, Sports will be taking a strong “no pay, no play” and will not allow the team to play any future games until they have settled their outstanding debt. If they still refuse we will escort them out and organise debt collectors.
As a CSO, If you take the call for the forfeit we:
1. Try and transfer the call to sports.
2. If unsuccessful- run through with the team/complete the forfeit form saved in reception emails
