Follow these steps if you're a newbie and have never used our services or programs before.
1. Go to
PerfectGym 2. Click 'JOIN NOW'
3. Select 'Visit Passes' and click 'NEXT'
4. Select 'Create Free Account' and click 'NEXT'
5. Complete all required fields and click 'CREATE ACCOUNT'
6. You now need to connect your child(ren) to your account. To do this, go to the 'Account' section and then click 'Your Children'
7. Click 'ADD FAMILY MEMBER'
8. Select 'Visit Passes' and click 'NEXT'
9. Select 'Create Free Account' and click 'NEXT'
10. Complete all required fields and click 'CREATE ACCOUNT'
11. Complete steps 7 to 10 for each child you wish to enrol
Follow these steps if you've previously enrolled in a Kids Program but haven't used our portal before.
1. Go to
PerfectGym 2. Click 'Forgot password'
3. All current and previous attendees automatically have a free account set up with us. To access your account, enter the email you used on our original form to enrol your child.
4. Follow the instructions outlined in the email sent to you to reset your password. After you've set a password, you should now have access to your online account.
5. You now need to check whether your children are connected to your account. To do this, go to the 'Account' section and then click 'Your Children'.
7. If there are no children connected to your account, you will need to connect them to your account.
8. To do this, click 'ADD FAMILY MEMBER'
9. Select 'Visit Passes' and click 'NEXT'
10. Select 'Create Free Account' and click 'NEXT'
11. Complete all required fields and click 'CREATE ACCOUNT'
12. Complete steps 8 to 11 for each child you wish to enrol
Follow these steps if you've previously set up an account with us.
1. Log into
PerfectGym 2. You need to check whether your children are connected to your account. To do this, go to the 'Account' section and then click 'Your Children'.
3. If there are no children connected to your account, you will need to connect them to your account.
4. To do this, click 'ADD FAMILY MEMBER'
5. Select 'Visit Passes' and click 'NEXT'
6. Select 'Create Free Account' and click 'NEXT'
7. Complete all required fields and click 'CREATE ACCOUNT'
8. Complete steps 4 to 7 for each child you wish to enrol
