We recently sat down with Gustavo and asked what he loves most about ARC, and other things, like if pineapple really does belong on pizza.
I am from Colombia, with more than 20 years of experience as a swimming and water polo teacher in different countries such as Colombia, France and currently Australia. I am a lover of teaching swimming.
What’s your favourite thing about the ARC? I really like the infrastructure, the camaraderie that exists between all the areas and its teaching methodology
What makes the ARC different to other places? The difference is made by its standardized methodology and the automation of its processes. in addition to the articulation between the managers, coordinators and swimming instructors
What book or movie have you recently read/seen and why would you recommend it?. A series on Netflix called "Palpito (hunch)" is highly recommended
What’s the best advice or saying you’ve ever heard? Listen, learn without judging
Read a book or watch a movie? I like to read, but I watch movies more often
Be able to read minds or be able to see the future? Definitely being able to read minds
Be able to play any instrument or speak any language?. I love learning languages, I speak Spanish, French, Portuguese and English
Eat pizza with or without pineapple?. The Italians are going to hate me, but I really like Pizza with pineapple
