Zumba Gold

Zumba Gold is a modified version of regular Zumba. This class recreates the original moves you know and love at a lower intensity with a focus on balance, range of motion and coordination. Though a lower intensity than regular Zumba, the hip-shaking classes still allow you to work up a sweat - and are lots of fun too!

Due to it’s easy-to-follow and slower pace choreography, this class is ideal for beginners and seniors. No experience is required and you can be any fitness level to start - different intensity, same dance party!
