Stretch and Release

Finish off the week with Stretch and Release! This class is designed to reduce tight & tense muscles and stretch out your entire body. We incorporate slow dynamic and static stretches to help iron out any stiffness leaving you feeling long, loose, and ready to move through your day.

If you have a stiff back, sore neck and shoulders from hunching over a desk all day or need to recover from your workouts during the week, this class is perfect for you!

Our Instructor Chloe has years of experience under her belt and will guide you through the movements, helping you find balance and  improve your flexibility in a calm and safe way.

Stretch and Release is held in the Main Group Fitness Studio and is suitable for all fitness levels.

Don't forget to bring your own yoga mat. Can't wait to see you here!
