Break a sweat with BoxFIT, a dynamic cardio-based boxing class designed to deliver a full-body workout in just 45 minutes! 

Utilizing pads, gloves, and bodyweight exercises, this class incorporates boxing techniques and drills for a comprehensive fitness routine. Improve your cardiovascular health, enhance strength, and refine your coordination through a series of impactful yet time-efficient exercises.  

Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting your fitness journey, anyone can conquer this class!

Bring your own inners for the boxing gloves. If you do not have any, you can purchase them from reception prior to the class starting. We offer small, medium and large sizes at $8 each.
