Tama first dove into fitness at a young age, playing rugby at his local club. Naturally, he joined a gym to keep up with the intensity of the sport which is where he discovered his love for another… an avid rugby player turned power athlete!
Within 8 months of training, he took on his first body building competition and to this day, continues to fight for gains supremacy. He now holds 16 years’ experience in the industry and specialises in, of course, powerlifting 💪
Tama strongly advocates that having the best training methods in the world won’t get you the results you’re after if it’s not backed by good nutrition, rest, and recovery.
When Tama isn’t lifting ridiculously heavy weights (or teaching gym folk how) he’s a self-taught-guitar-playing-muso, jamming to Metallica or anything classical 🎸
