Zumba

Zumba is a total workout. Combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. The Latin music and World rhythms make this class exercise in disguise. Zumba is effective, fun and for everybody!
