Yoga includes a short relaxation, meditation at the end of the practice.
There are many styles of Yoga, some use a flow of movements, while some may use props such as blocks or belts to assist a posture.
Postures and stretches are used in combination with the breath to develop flexibility, strength and control. Yoga encourages body alignment, balance and calm helping to reduce tension and stress.
We offer generic yoga classes and a gentle yoga class on Mondays.
Summer Sunrise Yoga
Salute the sunrise with Yoga on the grass! From Tuesday, 7 December the 5:45am Yoga class will move outdoors on the lawn near the 50m pool. Take time for yourself in nature to tune into your mind, body and soul.
