Each week we offer a variety of different workouts for all fitness levels to help improve strength mobility, range of motion, balance and coordination by using hand weights, fit balls, weighted balls and foam rollers.
This program is for seniors or those wanting a light workout, while being a part of a supportive and welcoming community, incorporating not just exercise but social engagement and wellness.
