Meditation

Meditation is a training exercise for the mind. It helps us develop a steadier and deeper concentration that ultimately allows us to experience inner peace, stillness and clarity of mind.

Be guided through suggestion, body position and voice into a relaxed state where the mind is clear, relaxed, and inwardly focused. When you meditate, you are fully awake and alert, but your mind is not focused on external things.

Benefits

  • Meditation assists the mind to become silent
  • Reduces stress
  • Improves concentration
  • Increases self awareness
  • Increases happiness
