Body Pump

Body Pump is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This  workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, your choice of weight and motivating instructors will inspire you to get the results you came for – muscle tone and definition, and fast!

    A barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition gives you a total body workout.
     
    Body Pump improves core strength and bone density, burning up to 540 calories in a session.
     
    This kind of endurance training is not about bulking up, it is the high amount of reps you perform (around four times as many than if you trained alone) that help burn more calories and build strength to create a lean and toned body.
