Body Pump

Body Pump is the original barbell class that strengthens and tones your entire body - fast!

This workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, your choice of weight and motivating instructors will inspire you to get the results you came for – muscle tone and definition, and fast!

This kind of endurance training is not about bulking up, it is the high amount of reps you perform (around four times as many than if you trained alone) that help burn more calories and build strength to create a lean and toned body.

Our instructors and great music, coach, encourage and motivate you throughout the class. You’ll leave feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.
