Body Combat

Body Combat is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, Boxing, Tae Kwon Do, Tai Chi and Muay Thai.

Strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to release your inner warrior.

Just bring water and a towel, you don't need boxing gloves or any equipment.

Benefits

  • A total body martial arts inspired workout, that trains you to be fit, fast and strong. Gets your legs working, tones the arms and strengthens the back and shoulders. 
  • A non-contact, interval training based program, mixing combat training tracks with power tracks.
  • There are no complex moves to master. You will release stress, improve cardiovascular fitness, coordination, speed and agility.
  • You can adjust a BODYCOMBAT workout to suit you. Our instructors always show options so you can work at your own level. 
  • Burn up to 740 calories in one session.
