Body Combat

Body Combat is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This 55 minute fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, Boxing, Tae Kwon Do, Tai Chi and Muay Thai.

Strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to release your inner warrior.

Benefits

  • A total body martial arts inspired workout, that trains you to be fit fast and strong. Gets your leg working, tones the arms and strengthens the back and shoulders. 
  • A non-contact, interval training based program, mixing combat training tracks with power tracks. Strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to release your inner warrior, improve cardiovascular fitness, coordination speed and agility. 
  • There are no complex moves to master, you will release stress, have a blast and burn up to 740 calories in one session.
  • You can adjust a BODYCOMBAT workout to suit you. Our instructors always show options so you can work at your own level. 
  • The first step to fitness is to start slow and have fun, the results will follow! 
  • Just bring water and a towel, you don’t need boxing gloves or any equipment.
