Aqua Energy

A low impact, shallow water, cardiovascular workout. Aqua Energy uses floatation tools to either aid movement or to add intensity. Suitable for all levels of fitness.

  • Assists with weight loss and also strengthens your abdominals and trunk

Sessions

Session length: Morning classes are 55 minutes. Evening classes are 45 minutes
