Aqua Deep

Aqua Deep is a high-energy, low-impact workout that uses water resistance to boost your heart rate, tone muscles, and build strength – all while being gentle on your knees, hips, and back. It’s the perfect way to get a challenging workout without the strain. Plus, if you’re not a confident swimmer, we’ve got you covered with a flotation belt to keep you buoyant and comfortable throughout the class.

This class runs outdoors in the deep end of our 50m pool during the warmer months. The final class for the season will be Friday 11 April, 2025, but don’t worry – it'll return when the weather heats up again.

*Not suitable for pregnancy due to the restriction of the aqua belt.
