This class enhances cardiovascular fitness whilst the water provides excellent resistance to strengthen and tone muscles. A variety of deep water exercises are used whilst wearing an Aqua floatation belt. There is no impact on the joints.
Participants must be comfortable in deep water. Not suitable for pregnancy due to the restriction of the Aqua belt.
